Aimee Kaye, president and founding partner of Sageview Consulting was highlighted by Sun Sentinel in a recent story about the new Sinai Residencies Community being built on the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County campus west of Boca Raton.
For its beneficiary organizations and the Jewish Federation, Sageview Consulting, manages HR, and is consulting with the new Continuing Care Retirement Community team. Kaye was quoted talking about the success Sageview has helped assure:
“The impact of Sinai Residences already on the local economy has been undeniable. And as the project nears completion, more skilled local workers in the hospitality, operations and service industries will be needed.”
Kaye also explained why the Executive Director of Sinai Residences Chris Newport was the perfect choice for his position: “Chris has experience with start-ups and he grew up in the CCRC community. It seems he is a young guy for such a big job, but he is very experienced. He also has a great personality. He is so enthusiastic about what he’s doing and why it’s a good thing for the community.”
