Carla Joffe | HR Coordinator

Carla Joffe brings an extensive background in customer service and client relations to her role at Sageview Consulting, where she provides HR and administrative support to a variety of nonprofit and Jewish-sector clients. She works closely with organizations including the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County, Ruth & Norman Rales Jewish Family Services, the Adolph & Rose Levis Jewish Community Center and its Betty & Marvin Zale Early Childhood Center, and Donna Klein Jewish Academy.

Carla has been instrumental in streamlining compliance processes across multiple clients, ensuring that policies, documentation, and procedures align with current employment laws and best practices. By improving recordkeeping systems and standardizing workflows, she helps clients reduce risk, maintain audit readiness, and operate more efficiently. She is particularly skilled in employee onboarding and offboarding, talent acquisition support, and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite, Carla also leverages HRIS tools such as ADP, EMX, the AHCA Clearinghouse, and E-Verify to enhance efficiency, maintain accurate records, and support data-driven decision-making. She is committed to staying informed on evolving HR practices and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and deliver optimal outcomes for her clients.

Carla holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential from Palm Beach State College and is an active member of the Human Resource Association of Palm Beach County (HRPBC). Among her favorite moments is helping a client successfully navigate a full policy audit, achieving full compliance while improving internal HR processes, marking a milestone of both operational excellence and client satisfaction.
