Candice Pitts | HR Coordinator

Candice Pitts is an HR Coordinator at Sageview Consulting, providing dedicated HR and administrative support to clients in the entertainment, sports, creative, and non-profit sectors. With eight years of experience in HR and talent operations, Candice brings a strong foundation in HR processes, candidate engagement, technology systems, and organizational efficiency.

At Sageview, Candice has contributed to a wide range of client initiatives, including full-cycle recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, HR assessments, compliance tracking, HR investigations, and large-scale process improvement efforts. She has supported clients such as Superblue, CSS, Classic Stage Company, Creative Edge Parties, and Sanitation Foundation, improving workflows, and ensuring smooth and consistent HR operations across multiple environments.

One of her greatest accomplishments at Sageview has been co-designing the Sageview website alongside Adam Greenhouse, contributing creativity and structure to an important company-wide initiative. Another milestone achievement was completing her first comprehensive HR investigation, which required careful documentation, active listening, empathy, and unbiased analysis, an experience that deepened her confidence and passion for the investigative side of HR.

Candice’s strongest areas include talent acquisition and process improvement. She excels at full-cycle recruiting for entry-level roles, where she enjoys helping early-career candidates navigate the hiring process. Her curiosity about human behavior and motivation guides her communication style, empathy, and ability to connect with candidates from all backgrounds.

Highly proficient in HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems, onboarding platforms, compliance tools, document management systems, and Excel, Candice consistently finds opportunities to streamline workflows and improve accuracy, helping clients operate more efficiently.

One of the biggest lessons she has learned in consulting is the importance of time management and prioritization. Supporting multiple clients at once has taught her how to balance competing timelines, stay organized, acknowledge requests quickly, and ensure that every client—and every employee—feels seen and supported.

Candice attended West Virginia University, where she studied business with a minor in Fashion Merchandising.
