Stephanie Guglielmo is a Human Resource Administrator at Sageview Consulting with extensive HR generalist experience supporting clients across the healthcare, higher education, manufacturing, and nonprofit sectors. In her role, Stephanie provides expertise in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, HRIS management, and compliance with licensing requirements. She is known for her strong technical capabilities, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering accurate, timely, and thoughtful support to both leadership and employees.

Since joining Sageview, Stephanie considers her greatest accomplishment to be her professional growth within the benefits function. By deepening her knowledge of HRIS systems, reporting tools, and benefits administration, she has become a trusted resource for clients navigating complex benefits questions, eligibility issues, and employee support needs. Stephanie approaches her work with a philosophy rooted in preparedness—ensuring she fully researches and confirms information before responding to employee or client inquiries, which has strengthened both accuracy and confidence in her role.

Stephanie’s strongest areas in HR include HRIS management, benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, and training. She has hands-on experience generating HR reports, maintaining data integrity, supporting efficient new-hire processing, and assisting employees throughout their life cycle. Her technical skills include HRIS platforms, Excel, and reporting tools, all of which she uses to streamline workflows and support data-driven HR decisions.

Stephanie has supported several Sageview clients, including JARC, JFS at Home, the Donna Klein Jewish Academy, the Adolph & Rose Levis JCC, Ruth & Norman Rales Jewish Family Services, and Sinai Residences. Her contributions span recruiting, benefits, employee relations, and managing various HR processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Across these partnerships, she has built strong relationships by being reliable, solutions-oriented, and responsive.

Stephanie holds an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Broward College and is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Administration from Ashford University. She continues to grow her expertise in HR operations, benefits, and systems management, bringing a thoughtful, organized, and client-centered approach to every project and interaction.
