Sandra Carballo is a Human Resources Director with Sageview Consulting, where she supports senior living and healthcare clients through recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance management. With eight years of experience serving our client Sinai Residences as an embedded HR consultant, Sandra has played a vital role in maintaining high employee engagement, supporting managers through sensitive workplace situations, and ensuring adherence to healthcare labor standards. Her contributions helped the HR department maintain a record of zero deficiencies during AHCA surveys, reflecting her commitment to accuracy, compliance, and excellence.
Before joining Sageview Consulting, Sandra served as the Human Resources Manager at the Brazilian Court Hotel in Palm Beach, Florida. Her expertise in identifying top talent and building resilient teams continues to support both Sageview’s mission and the unique cultures of the clients she serves.
Sandra’s strengths lie in employee relations, particularly in fast-paced, highly regulated healthcare environments, along with talent acquisition and onboarding. She is proficient in HRIS platforms such as Workday, Paycor, Paycom, and ADP; ATS systems; Microsoft Office 365; and healthcare compliance platforms. Through continuous professional development, she stays informed on HR best practices, healthcare regulations, OSHA, and HIPAA requirements.
