Diane is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience spanning healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services. As a Benefits Administrator at Sageview Consulting, she specializes in the administration, education, and strategic delivery of employee benefit programs. Diane brings extensive expertise in negotiating insurance renewals, implementing compliant benefits processes, and guiding both employers and employees through complex benefit decisions with clarity and care.
One of her greatest accomplishments at Sageview has been ensuring that clients and their employees secure the best available coverage for their needs, balancing cost-effectiveness with high-quality offerings across medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability plans, voluntary benefits, FSAs, and retirement programs. Her work supports organizations in attracting and retaining top talent while maintaining strong financial stewardship.
Diane has successfully launched multiple online, interactive benefit enrollment systems that increase accuracy and efficiency across benefit administration. She has created and implemented numerous tracking technologies to ensure full compliance with COBRA, HIPAA, ADA, Workers’ Compensation, and FMLA, reinforcing Sageview’s commitment to precision and regulatory excellence.
Her strongest areas of expertise center on benefits education, enrollment management, plan administration, and insurance strategy. She excels in helping individuals understand their options and assisting employers in selecting sustainable, competitive benefit packages. She is also skilled in delivering ongoing plan administration, managing annual insurance renewals, and coordinating a wide range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, short- and long-term disability, voluntary products, flexible spending accounts, transit plans, and retirement programs such as 403(b), 401(k), and 457 plans.
Diane brings significant technical capability, with proficiency in ADP and Gusto, as well as extensive working knowledge of employer portals for Florida Blue Cross & Blue Shield, United Healthcare, UPMC Health, Oxford, Guardian, MetLife, EyeMed, Allstate, AFLAC, Nationwide, Mutual of America, John Hancock, Guideline, Sentinel Benefits, Unum, LINA, Hartford, SunLife, Flex Facts, HealthEquity, Ameriflex, and more.
Throughout her work at Sageview, Diane has supported a wide roster of clients including the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County, Ruth & Norman Rales JFS, Adolph & Rose Levis JCC, Donna Klein Jewish Academy, Sinai Residences, JARC, Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh, Covenant Foundation, Foundation for New York’s Strongest, Creative Edge Parties, as well as Superblue Miami, Fotografiska Museum, and the Basquiat Museum through recruiting support.
