She has created and implemented numerous tracking technologies to ensure full compliance with COBRA, HIPAA, ADA, Workers’ Compensation, and FMLA, reinforcing Sageview’s commitment to precision and regulatory excellence.

She is also skilled in delivering ongoing plan administration, managing annual insurance renewals, and coordinating a wide range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, short- and long-term disability, voluntary products, flexible spending accounts, transit plans, and retirement programs such as 403(b), 401(k), and 457 plans.
