Rhonda Ethridge is an VP, Human Resources at Sageview Consulting, bringing more than 15 years of progressive human resources leadership to senior care and aging services organizations. Rhonda’s strongest areas in HR include aligning people strategy to organizational goals, partnering with senior leadership on organizational design and coaching, building high-performing teams, and ensuring rigorous governance and compliance across federal, state, and local regulations. She is experienced in modernizing HR infrastructure through technology, including AI-driven tools that enhance communication, learning, and people analytics.
In talent acquisition, Rhonda excels in workforce planning, employer value proposition development, technology-enabled sourcing, rubric-based selection processes, and mobile-first, streamlined pre-employment and onboarding workflows. Her work shortens time-to-productivity without compromising quality or compliance. In Learning & Development, she specializes in competency frameworks, career ladders, leadership and hospitality curricula, cross-training and mentorship, and effective LMS oversight, ensuring training is impactful, well-governed, and strategically aligned.
Rhonda’s technical skills include HRIS, ATS, and LMS administration across platforms such as ADP, UKG, Paycom, Paylocity, PeopleSoft, and Workday. She is highly proficient in advanced Excel, people analytics, KPI reporting, document automation, e-signature workflows, payroll and time systems, and compliance auditing tools.
Rhonda has partnered exclusively with Sinai Residences of Boca Raton, delivering measurable improvements in talent acquisition, onboarding, workflow standardization, policy development, compliance controls, and people analytics. Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University and maintains ongoing SHRM-aligned professional development in employment law, investigations, compliance, change management, and leadership. She is an active member of the Human Resources Association of Broward County, LeadingAge, and the Association of Jewish Aging Services.
