Andrea Farrar is an HR Client Director at Sageview Consulting, where she leverages her deep expertise in recruiting, training and development, employee relations, and strategic HR leadership to support a diverse portfolio of clients. Passionate about the human resources field, Andrea partners with organizations to ensure their vision, values, and initiatives are aligned with the power of human capital, driving strong cultures and meaningful strategic results.
Andrea has extensive HR experience across education, as well as in the corporate retail and arts and culture sectors. At Sageview, she has supported a wide range of clients including Donna Klein Jewish Academy, Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County, Ruth and Norman Rales JFS, Adolph and Rose Levis JCC, Covenant Foundation, Creative Edge, Fotografiska, Superblue, Basquiat/King Pleasure, WAFF, Paradox/Museum of Illusions, Jigsaw Productions, La Esquina, and Sinai Residences.
Her work spans full-cycle HR management, HR audits, handbook development, talent acquisition, ADP WFN transitions, onboarding, offboarding, investigations, and ongoing strategic HR partnership. One of her greatest accomplishments at Sageview was leading the recruitment efforts for Superblue and the Basquiat “King Pleasure” exhibition, successfully staffing experiential and creative locations during COVID, including selling candidates on visionary concepts that had never been done before.
Andrea is known for her strengths in recruiting, management coaching, and HR strategy. Her technical skills include ADP Workforce Now, Microsoft Suite, and Canva. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Florida Atlantic University and a Master of Science in Human Resources from Nova Southeastern University.
A key lesson Andrea has learned in her work with Sageview is the importance of understanding each client’s unique industry and culture, recognizing that HR is never one-size-fits-all. Asking the right questions and tailoring solutions is essential to achieving lasting impact.
Among her proudest client moments is her nearly decade-long partnership with Donna Klein Jewish Academy. Working alongside the Head of School from her first year, Andrea has helped support the school through significant growth, from just over 500 students to nearly 750, building a strong culture and recruiting the talent needed to power that expansion.
