Aimee Kaye is the President and CEO of Sageview Consulting, an outsourced Human Resources and Executive Search firm founded in 2003. Sageview offers a broad range of customized HR consulting services for businesses of all sizes, aligned to an organization’s unique needs, values and culture.

As the founder, Aimee has led Sageview, and their clients to novel heights, but Aimee’s greatest achievement has been attracting and developing a team of excellent HR professionals from 2 to 20, spanning across the US.

Throughout her career, Aimee has been instrumental in developing strategic partnerships that bring state-of-the-art programs and services to clients in both for-profit and non-profit sectors. Aimee, as a trusted advisor, partners with her clients to provide expertise in all

facets of human resources and executive search. These clients include Jewish Federations across North America, Sinai Residences, and more.

Sageview Consulting clients’ have benefited from Aimee’s expertise in developing practical solutions for complex organizational issues in healthcare, non-profits, sports, entertainment, museums, and hospitality sectors, among others. Aimee brings a unique perspective on what her client’s need to be successful and works closely with her team to understand a client’s culture, goals and aspirations.

Aimee is passionate about working closely with executives and board of directors for her clients on all disciplines of human resources including organizational development, compliance, recruitment strategies, benefits, retirement plans, and more.

Prior to founding Sageview, Aimee spent 20 years as the highest-ranking human resources professional at Madison Square Garden, reporting directly to the President and CEO. Aimee played a key role in integrating the Garden’s many business acquisitions and divestitures. Aimee’s HR oversight included the NY Knicks, NY Rangers, NY Liberty, Madison Square Network, Madison Square Garden Arena and Theatre, Radio City Music Hall, The Rockettes and other entertainment and sports properties. Aimee implemented policies and procedures that enhanced the organization and it’s culture at large, increasing employee satisfaction and retention while simultaneously increasing company profitability.
