Aimee Kaye is the President and founding partner of Sageview Consulting, a human resources firm that designs, develops and implements specialized human resources and training programs for sports, entertainment, media and non-profit organizations.
In building Sageview Consulting, Aimee has been instrumental in developing strategic partnerships that bring state of the art programs and services to clients both in the for profit and non-profit sectors. Sageview Consulting clients have benefited from Aimee’s expertise in developing practical solutions for complex issues. Aimee works closely with clients to develop strategies to help grow their business while implementing cost saving programs and solutions.
Sageview Consulting’s clients have included such prestigious organizations as the Anaheim Ducks, Cleveland Cavaliers, Cleveland Indians, Real Salt Lake, St. Louis Blues, Washington Nationals, AEG, Arena Football League, Global Spectrum, Howard Rubenstein Associates, Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County, Joe Torre Safe At Home Foundation, Major League Soccer, Museum of Modern Art, NBA, NHL, SCP Worldwide and the Sports Museum of America.
Prior to Sageview Consulting, Aimee was the Senior Vice President Human Resources and Administration for Madison Square Garden reporting directly to the President and CEO. Over her 20 year tenure, she held a key role in building and operating the Garden’s various and diverse businesses including the NY Knicks, NY Rangers, Madison Square Network, Madison Square Garden arena and theatre, Radio City Music Hall, and the Hartford Civic Center.
Earlier in her career, Aimee worked in human resources management in the publishing industry.
Aimee holds a BA from the University of Buffalo and attended the Instituto Fenix in Cuernavaca, Mexico.

Ann Ortolano is a Managing Director and founding partner of Sageview Consulting who brings more than 20 years experience in benefits and compensation.
Sageview’s clients rely on Ann expertise in both insurance and benefits to develop strategies to implement cost effective benefit programs that reduce costs and attract and retain quality employees. Working closely with leading insurance carriers and providers nationwide, she brings the best solutions to her clients resulting in significant cost savings and streamlined administrative processes.
Sageview’s clients consist of companies from 2 to over 1,000 employees. She specializes in the areas of medical, dental, vision, life, disability, flexible spending accounts, 125 plans, pension, 40l(k), 403(b), 457 plans as well as specialized benefit programs and arrangements for executives and ownership. In addition, Ann works with clients to offer innovative voluntary programs in life, accident, long term disability and long term care.
Prior to Sageview Consulting, Ann was the Vice President, Benefits and Compensation for Madison Square Garden where she was responsible for all phases of employee benefit planning, design and implementation for over 9,000 employees, many of whom were represented by 33 unions. These benefit programs included health, life, disability, pension, 40l(k) plans and executive benefit programs as well as worker’s compensation and unemployment plans. Ann worked closely with the NBA and the NHL on all team benefit programs. During her career, Ann worked with such well known companies as Mass Mutual, Marsh & McLennan and Reed Elsevier.
Ann holds a Masters in Science (MS) degree in Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University / Baruch College. She earned her BA from Queens College and holds a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation from the Wharton School of Pennsylvania / International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. She holds health, life, property & casualty and securities licenses.
MARILYN
HAUSNER

Marilyn Hausner is a Managing Director for Sageview Consulting who brings 20 years of extensive Human resources experience with significant accomplishments in the areas of human resource management, recruitment, staffing and employee relations.
Marilyn works closely with Sageview’s clients on their human resources management issues, recruitment strategies, employee relations, human resources compliance, performance management and the development of customized training programs. Marilyn serves as a key advisor and counselor to Sageview’s clients on all human resource issues resolving difficult, sensitive and confidential issues.
Marilyn successfully identifies talent and creates cost effective recruitment strategies working with such organizations as the NHL, the Washington Nationals, HTN Communications, Scottrade Center / St. Louis Blues, Sports Museum of America and Van Wagner.
As the former Vice President, Staffing and Employee Relations for Madison Square Garden, for over a decade, Marilyn partnered with operating executives throughout the company’s diverse businesses developing creative cost-effective recruitment strategies for all positions to the executive level while reducing costs. Marilyn developed numerous employee programs resulting in improved employee morale and employee retention.
She was responsible for hiring 1,000 positions for the company’s core and seasonal businesses.
Marilyn received her Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Bernard M. Baruch College specializing in human resource management.
RICARDO H. CORREIA, Trainer

Rico Correia is a dynamic training professional with over 20 years experience. His focus is to improve an organization’s communication, motivation and productivity.
Rico has designed customized training programs for high profile companies such as Howard Rubenstein Associates, Anaheim Ducks, Cleveland Cavaliers, Cleveland Indians, NBA, St. Louis Blues, Scottrade Center, Major League Soccer, Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County and Abbott Capital Management.
His specialty areas include the development and delivery of several training programs on Respect in the Workplace, Sexual Harassment Awareness and Prevention, Diversity Awareness, Conflict Resolution and unique programs designed specifically for high profile talent, athletes and executives. He is a nationally recognized speaker and addresses organizations, associations and corporations on the key elements of achieving success both personally and professionally.
Rico was formerly the Director, Human Resources for ESPN. Prior to ESPN, Rico held positions as Director, Human Resources and Administration and VP Regulatory Affairs and Operations for CH2M Hill, an environmental engineering company as well as Manager and Assistant Director Human Resources and Administration for Wang Laboratories. Prior to his career in Human Resources he was one of the founding partners of Sunburst Systems Corporation, an alternative energy company.
Rico holds a JD from the Suffolk University School of Law and is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts.
RORI BARON, Strategist

>Rori Baron is a seasoned, proactive Human Resources strategist with over 14 years of experience in the HR field. Rori began her career as a corporate recruiter for an educational publishing company and was quickly promoted into a management role overseeing the HR team in recruiting and benefits.
For the past ten years, Rori has held positions at the executive level in Human Resources in such diverse industries as insurance fraud investigation, cutting-edge medical diagnostic services, and most recently, at a rapidly growing Internet marketing/advertising business.
As an HR executive, Rori has played a significant role in strategic planning and organizational development, and has been instrumental in defining and promoting the corporate culture of the organizations with which she has been associated. Key accomplishments include: reducing turnover through the development and implementation of recruiting and retention strategies; enriching benefits packages while simultaneously cutting benefits costs; developing, implementing, and training of performance management programs that are still in use at the companies today; and creating compliance programs that include sexual harassment and diversity training.
Rori's expertise is in helping to define a competency and values-based culture that is expressed via the programs and policies touching all aspects of an employee's experience within an organization. The company's culture and values are reinforced through programs and policies for recruiting and retaining top talent; performance management, and identifying and developing top performers through succession planning strategies. Rori is also skilled in Human Resources best practices and employee relations, and is able to significantly reduce a company's liability in the area of employment law and wage and hour practices.
Rori obtained a Bachelor's degree at the University of Pennsylvania and a Master's degree at the University of Maryland. Rori has been certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) since 2002, and most recently obtained her coaching certification as a leadership coach through the Coach Training Alliance, which is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
