Ricardo H. Correia J.D.
Ricardo “Rico” H. Correia is a dynamic training professional with over 20 years experience. Rico’s focus is to improve an organization’s communication, motivation and productivity. Rico has designed customized training programs for high profile companies such as Howard Rubenstein Associates, Anaheim Ducks, Cleveland Cavaliers, Cleveland Indians, NBA, St. Louis Blues, Scottrade Center, Major League Soccer, Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County, and Abbott Capital Management.
Rico’s specialty areas include the development and delivery of several training programs on Respect in the Workplace, Sexual Harassment Awareness and Prevention, Diversity Awareness, Conflict Resolution, and unique programs designed specifically for high profile talent, athletes, and executives. He is a nationally recognized speaker and addresses organizations, associations, and corporations on the key elements of achieving success both personally and professionally.
Rico was formerly the Director of Human Resources for ESPN. Prior to ESPN, Rico was the Director of Human Resources and Administration and VP Regulatory Affairs and Operations for CH2M Hill, an environmental engineering company as well as Manager and Assistant Director of Human Resources and Administration for Wang Laboratories. Prior to his career in Human Resources, Rico was a founding partner of Sunburst Systems Corporation, an alternative energy company.
Rico holds a Juris Doctor from the Suffolk University School of Law and is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts.
