Marilyn Hausner is a Managing Partner for Sageview Consulting.  She has over 20 years of extensive Human Resources experience with significant accomplishments in the areas of human resource management, recruitment, staffing and employee relations.  Marilyn works closely with Sageview Consulting’s clients on their human resources management issues, recruitment strategies, employee relations, human resources compliance, performance management, and development of customized training programs.  Marilyn serves as a key advisor and counselor to Sageview Consulting’s clients on resolving difficult, sensitive, and confidential human resource issues.

Marilyn successfully works with Sageview clients to develop and implement effective training programs, identifies talent and creates cost effective recruitment strategies. Marilyn works with Major League Soccer (MLS), National Hockey League (NHL), Bushnell Performing Arts Center, Abbot Capital Management, the Washington Nationals, HTN Communications, Scottrade Center, St. Louis Blues, Sports Museum of America, The Hopewell Group, MoMA and Van Wagner Communications.

Prior to joining Sageview Consulting, Marilyn served as the Vice President of Staffing and Employee Relations at Madison Square Garden for over a decade. Marilyn partnered with operating executives throughout the company’s diverse businesses.  She developed creative cost-effective recruitment strategies for all positions to the executive level while reducing costs.  Marilyn developed numerous employee programs resulting in improved employee morale and employee retention.  She was responsible for hiring 1,000 positions for the company’s core and seasonal businesses.

Marilyn received her Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Bernard M. Baruch College, specializing in Human Resource Management.
