A highly results-driven human resource professional, Jared partners with business leaders to develop and implement human resource strategies and programs in support of the organizational vison, goals and operational strategies.  Jared’s past accomplishments include developing integrated human resource services, leading the implementation of cost-reducing programs, and the oversight of merger and acquisition activities.  Known for his excellent relationship building skills, Jared has successfully led organizational leaders to recognize the strategic value of human capital programs to the bottom line.  

Jared Holds a B.S. in Sociology from Florida State University, an M.S. in Human Resources Management and Labor Relations from the New York Institute of Technology and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Society for Human Resource Management and Human Resources Certification Institute. Earlier in his career, Jared worked at Robert Half International, Arrow Electronics, and CA, Inc. (formerly Computer Associates International).
